Sun Mar 7 -     CSLL Field Work Day at Mountain School!!!
When:  9:00am to 3:00pm
Who:  All Managers, Coaches, Parents, Players!
Where:  Mountain School Fields
Parents, the second CSLL Field Work Day is coming this weekend. Doug would like to extend a big THANK YOU for all those who helped at the first work day!!!
We ask that you please spend an hour or two helping out YOUR Little League this Sunday!!! Come out after church to help out for an hour or two!
Mountain School Field is in dire need of maintenance. This field is used for different CSLL division's games and practices!!
There is important maintenance that needs your volunteer help!
We need lots of people that can get down and dirty (in a fun work way)!

Please bring gloves, rakes, shovels, wheel barrows, gas-powered weed eaters, construction tools, whatever you can bring to help out.

Please contact the Facilities Manager, Doug Felldin via email or 345-6623 with any questions regarding field improvement issues.


Sat Mar 6 and Sun Mar 7 -   FREE Little League Umpire 2 Day Clinic
When:  Saturday, 8am - 5pm; Sunday, 8:30am - 2:00pm
Who:  For everyone interested in being a Little League Umpire!
Where:  Aptos Jr. High School

Thu Mar 11 -  Scorekeepers Clinic 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Congregational Church of Soquel   Map in the parrish hall.
This meeting is intended for AA division and above, but any parent who wishes to learn how to keep score should attend!
There should be 2 scorekeepers from every team. This clinic will show you how to keep official score for any baseball division (even the pros!)

Sat Mar 13 -  OPENING DAY   8:30am-9:30am   
CSLL Main Fields.
Teams gather together by division, in full uniform, at the Main Field at 8:30am.
Festivities start at 9:00am.
Let's kick the season off right!
Note: The Snack Shack will be open all day!

Sat Mar 13 -  Hit-A-Thon: CSLL fundraiser   9:30am   
All CSLL Fields, immediately following Opening Day Ceremonies.
What’s a hit-a-thon?
A hit-a-thon is a little league hitting contest. Three pitches will be delivered to each contestant (or until they get a solid hit). The farther the player’s hit ball travels in the air, the more points the player is awarded. The furthest hit ball of the 3 pitches determines the overall score for that player.
Prizes include:
  • Trophies for the furthest hit in each Division
  • Special prizes for most sponsorship donations in each Division
  • Grand prize for most sponsorship donations is a ShadowBox featuring TIM LINCECUM and a Signed ball!!!

    Pick up a Hit-A-Thon Sponsor Form from your Team Manager / Team Parent or print out the form from the link below.
    Start getting your sponsors & fill them in on the form - Collect your money and turn it in by the due date (Sat Mar 28th).
